Delta Centre-Ville

The official hotel and site of SSUNS 2009 is the wonderful Delta Centre-Ville, Montreal. Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, the Delta is surrounded by restaurants and destinations.

IMPORTANT: Delegations must make their reservations independent of the conference registration process. Your school being registered to participate at SSUNS does not mean that accommodation is provided. You should speak to the hotel directly, asking for our contact person, Mr Danny Champagne ,

Please note the following:

•  There are two Delta hotels in Montreal. SSUNS takes place at the Delta Centre-Ville, not the Delta Montreal.

•  All reservations must be made via fax (1-514-879-0687) .

•  All hotel room lists containing the names of each guest, at a maximum of four per room, must be faxed to the hotel by 9 October 2009 .

•  The reduced SSUNS rate is CAD$198/night for a quad (four-person) room.

•  Please indicate you are with SSUNS 2009 to receive the discount

Requests for delegations to stay on the same floor are not guaranteed. The Delta can provide you with the estimation cost for the stay of your group as soon it has the number of rooms required and arrival & departure dates. All reservations for SSUNS must be pre-paid before arrival by cheque or by credit card.
