Conference Policies
In order to be eligible to be a delegate at SSUNS 2009, delegates must be born after November 12th, 1988. Regardless of one's educational status, if a student is greater than the age of 21 at the time of SSUNS, he/she will not be eligible to attend. All delegations, regardless of size, MUST have a faculty advisor or other responsible adult over the age of 25 attending the conference with them. This person must be physically present to sign a liability waiver on the thursday of the conference at registration (November 12th, 2009). No 'Double Delegations' will be permitted at SSUNS.
