Please note: Priority Registration ends July 17th. Regular Registration is between July 18th and October 2nd.
After October 6th, applications may be entertained if there is still space. A $30 (CAD or USD) late payment fee will apply.
Methods of Payment
* Payment must be made through a certified or institutional (School) cheque or money order. Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
* American and International delegations must pay in US Dollars and Canadian delegations must pay Canadian dollars. Other currencies will not be accepted.
* Cheques must be payable to IRSAM Inc. Cheques made to SSUNS will not be accepted.
* Payment is due at the time of registration; countries will not be assigned until payment has been fully received. Country assignments will be on a first-pay, first-serve basis.
* Due to bureaucratic reasons, we ask that cheques be dated August 15, 2009, as our staff will not be able to cash these beforehand. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note only cheques made to IRSAM, Inc will be accepted. The delegation fee is a one time only fee and must be added to the total such as:
Delegation fee + (# of delegates × fee per delegate) = Total amount owed
Refund Policy
* Delegation fees are non-refundable
* Full refund of delegate fees is valid till August 28th, 2008.
* Schools withdrawing after the full refund date have till October 2nd, 2008 for a 50% refund of delegate fees.
* No refund will be made after October 2nd, 2008.
